The way they came is a total mess. Only one out of 13 minders was in a sealed plastic bag. I reached out to them and didn’t get any help except bunch of excuses. I do not recommend this store. There are some much better stores with a faster shipping and better quality.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with how your products arrived. I explained at the time that it sounds like they were roughly handled during transit, so unfortunately some of them had moved around on their backing cards. I assured you that this has is really unusual and I did ask if any were missing or damaged and you said no, so there was no actual issue with the products themselves. Although, you are more than welcome to return them for a refund. We don't package our needle minders in plastic bags any more - one was old stock that just so happened to have one. As for the shipping delays, it was clearly stated on the product page and in your order confirmation that due to our Annual Seconds Sales, it would take 1-2 weeks to ship orders. Your order was shipped on the 6th working day and you received a tracking number to follow your parcel's journey. Your order was delivered 11 days after dispatch, which is the standard delivery time from the UK to the US.
