Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. This can be slightly longer during busy periods and for pre-order or stitch-a-long products. In which case, you should refer to the product description of the item for an estimated dispatch date. We use Royal Mail Tracked services for peace of mind for you and for us.

UK Deliveries

Tracked UK delivery is free on orders over £45. Under this amount, the cost varies - please add the products to your basket and enter your shipping address at checkout to get an accurate price.

International Deliveries

We offer worldwide shipping, which will arrive using the delivery country’s mail service.

The cost for this varies from country to country, but is generally around £4.95 for standard shipping and £9.50 for tracked shipping. For an exact postage quote, please add your desired items to your basket and head to the checkout. Once you have entered your delivery address, the correct shipping costs will be visible.

All of our postal delivery times below are estimates, however please bear in mind that delays out of our control do sometimes occur.

UK: 1-3 working days
Europe: 5-15 working days
Rest of the world: 7-20 working days

What to do if your order hasn't arrived

If you’ve not received your order within the estimated delivery times, please do get in touch with us within 30 days for all UK orders or 45 days for all international orders at info@melocadesigns.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
