Join our FREE cross stitch-a-long (SAL). You can access the patterns for free by signing up via our link HERE. After signing up you will receive an email with all the information you need to start, such as materials required, design size, DMC thread colours called for etc.
You can join in with the SAL and source your own materials, or you can make life easier for yourself and get one of our stitch-a-long material packs that includes everything you need for this exciting project: 20 DMC thread colours, 14 count white aida fabric and a size 24 tapestry needle.
We have also created a beautiful needle minder to go with our stitch-a-long design. If you are familiar with our designs, you will know that the needle minder is a smaller replica of the cross stitch design. For this reason, if you choose to get the matching stitch-a-long needle minder, we will package it in a small pocket box with a 'do not open me yet' sticker on it, as not to spoil the surprise.
If you absolutely cannot wait to open your needle minder, we kindly ask that you DO NOT SHARE any images of it on social media until the design is more obvious (when part 4 is released), as we would hate for the surprise to be ruined for everyone!
Our stitch-a-long (SAL) design may be a secret but one clue we can give you is that it will be similar to our other mandala animal designs you can see pictured.
The cross stitch design is suitable for all stitchers, regardless of experience. Only full cross stitches are used, and the fact that the design will be released in 6 parts (with 2 weeks in between each release) makes it less overwhelming for those fairly new to cross stitch.
Please note that orders for material packs and needle minders will be shipped from the end of January, so you receive everything in time for when we start stitching in February.
You will receive an email that includes all of the SAL information immediately after signing up - please remember to check your junk.
We will start stitching when part 1 is released on Wednesday 25th February and the final section (part 6) will be released on Wednesday 6th May. So, we will be stitching for 12 weeks.
If you join part way through, you'll still receive all of the previous sections via email. Please do not feel pressured or overwhelmed to keep up with our release dates - just stitch at your own pace!
